This 6 week series is designed to specifically address issues and challenges that many men face. Want to be more limber, more mobile, have more balance, learn stress reducing breathing techniques? Are you somewhat intimidated by the flexible bodies in a “regular” yoga class? This may be the series for you.
Meet weekly with like-minded men who are looking to improve their bodies and minds.
