Each class begins with a brief guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching on a particular aspect of Buddhism and meditation. The class ends with a guided meditation as well as an opportunity to ask any questions. No previous experience is necessary.

About the Teacher

Gen-la Kelsang Jampa is an international teacher of Kadampa Buddhism. He is the Deputy Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union Resident Teacher of International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon located in Williams. Gen-la is well-loved for his clear and inspiring teachings, and his ability to touch people’s hearts through his sincerity and loving-kindness.
