It’s time to dig out your favorite 70’s and 80’s attire. The Yoga Experience and the The Mayor Flagstaff are partnering for a down doggin’ disco you won’t want to miss. Join us for this all levels flow and form class with Mimosas to follow. DJ Nick at Night will be spinning all your favorite 70’s and 80’s tunes and Chelsea will be leading us in this morning practice. (retro fitness gear encouraged)
