This new TYE program is evolving! It is loosely inspired by Baron Baptiste’s book 40 Days to Personal Revolution, support from other studio’s programs, and inspired by personal experience – similarly structured programs have had great success nationwide, especially when supported by a studio.
This Fall’s 40 Days will include participation in a tried and true program: Cate Stillman’s Yogi Detox. This is an incredible wealth of information and additional personal support in the realm of diet and daily habits.
It is designed to support your immersion into 40 days of transforming your life through yoga practice, healthy eating, and meditation. Whether you have been practicing yoga or are new to the experience, 40 days – guided and supported by a yoga studio, experts in the field and in community with each other – can transform your approach to health and happiness.
